When you stay at Cabin #13, located in row one, you will be close to everything, including additional parking in the back. This Cabin comfortably sleeps 10 people with 2 bedrooms, a loft, 2 baths, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a finished garage area for socializing. Enjoy a BBQ on the patio while playing lawn games. Six daily passes, lake Okoboji access, outdoor pools, a swim-up bar, an indoor waterpark, a gym, an arcade, and on-site dining.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located in the established heart of Spirit Lake just minutes from all of the Great Lakes. Come and enjoy the luxury of the 86” TV, sauna, fireplace, spacious fenced in back yard. The back yard is full of fun. It has a fire pit and a comfortable couch and a dining table. This is a Suite sleeping 14 people in the busy Arnolds Park Area. This is in the former 316 restaurant along Hwy 71, this is a busy area. There is a small patio area with a grill, fire pit and patio chairs. This suite features a large area to gather, play cards and relax. Full Kitchen for meal prep and a dining table. We recommend bringing your bikes, wagons and even scooters for the kids. The bike trail goes right in front of our property.
