The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Guests have access to gazebo with BBQ and fire place. From tiny house is easy access to public transportation: bus stops is across street and another 500 feet from home. Walking distance to several restaurants, grocery stores, post office, park.

It is a two story Cape Cod style with a fully landscaped and fenced yard that includes a coy pond and patio. Includes off-street parking on-site. The first floor includes another large bedroom, full bathroom, separate laundry room, kitchen, living and a den / recreation area.

"Wow, this is nice!" Is the reaction from family and friends seeing our Loft apartment for the first time. This loft has been our secret gem. It is a place we have friends and family stay when visiting. The size of the space is 900 sq ft and located above our personal shop (large garage building). Once inside, you can enjoy an open and comfortable area to relax. Prepare all of your meals or take advantage of local restaurants.

You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.
