Visiting the area for a wedding or family gathering? We are minutes from the Roycroft Inn, Knox Farm, the Village of East Aurora, and the 400 Expressway into the City of Buffalo. Our cottage was originally a schoolhouse, and has been renovated into 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, a charming kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and a large eat-in screened porch. It is located in a quiet, secluded area, but is near shopping and incredible restaurants. Wildlife abounds in the yard and wooded area.

The Knotty Pine a Romantic Getaway

Our home is a warm and welcoming cabin located 5 minutes from Kissing Bridge ski resort and a short walk to Sprague Brook Park. The park offers three stocked fishing ponds plus hiking and bike trails. It's a 35-minute drive to Buffalo, a 15-min drive to historic East Aurora, 25 minutes to Highmark stadium, and an hour to Niagara Falls. You will have entire access to the cabin,which includes a master bedroom, full kitchen, living room, loft, and bathroom. The cabin is enjoyable year round.

Bright and cozy one bedroom, one bathroom guest house in the heart of the Village of East Aurora. A short walk to parks, shopping, restaurants and everything else that the village has to offer. The space includes a large living room and kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and full sized fridge. The bedroom has a queen sized mattress and the living room couch can also adjust into a bed that sleeps one. Space is located on the second floor.
