Cabin at Lake's George/Champlain

Guests will enjoy a private one bedroom apartment that is attached to our log cabin in Ticonderoga. Our central location between the lakes provides quests easy access to everything the Adirondacks have to offer. We are 1 mile from the boat launch in Lake George and 3 miles from the boat launch on Lake Champlain and historic Fort Ticonderoga. The town beach on Lake George is within 3 miles. Hiking in both NY and VT. Main street Ticonderoga is just 1/2 mile away. 18 hole golf is within 3 miles.

Lakeside with direct water access & amazing views

La Bella Loona - A beautiful 1 bd cottage located directly on Schroon lake. Amazing mountain and lake views from every window. 50' of direct water access with small sandy beach, outdoor firepit and grill, and multiple hang out spots. The cottage is newly built and furnished, has an indoor fireplace, central AC, fully stocked kitchen, and screened in room overlooking the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Be assured everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Paddle-board around the protected bay, rent a boat and go out on Lake George's peaceful north end and return to your own dock space, sip coffee during the sunrise on the screened porch and head over to your private beach with views of rogers rock for the sunset!

The Waterfront Cabins on Eagle Lake/Ticonderoga

Originally built in the 1940's and carefully restored back to their former charm in 2021. A unique parcel that incorporates 5 cabins of which 3 are dedicated bedroom units each containing a bathroom and shower and 2 cabins which act as a kitchen and living room respectively. Direct water front with a dock, and large deck overlooking Eagle Lake. Perfect for a family summer retreat. Includes 4 kayaks with life vests, fire pit, weber grill, outdoor dining table and screened in gazebo.

Waterfront Vermont Lake House w/ Panoramic Sauna

Waterfront on Lake St. Catherine, with almost 100ft of private lake frontage and a view that's hard to beat. Watch the sunrise from the deck or from inside our new panoramic barrel sauna. Explore the lake by kayak or canoe — both included for guests. Keep an eye out for both bald eagles and loons. There's also a fire pit for evening s'mores — firewood included as well. Great for families — we've got a crib, a bunk room for the kids, and a bookshelf of board games for those rainy days.
