À 5 minutes de marche, nos yourtes offrent la plus belle vue sur le fjord du Saguenay, très luxueuses, elles sont équipées de four et frigo au propane, électricité à l'énergie solaire, eau chaude 22 litres à l'heure et douche( en été ) et l’eau est fournis en hiver . La literie est fournie ainsi que tout l'équipement pour cuisiner. La yourte est munie de toilette à réservoir, vous trouverez aussi des cabinets à fosse sèche à l'extérieur. Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. Forest Yurt

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

SILVER MOON, a Yurt for All Seasons

Silver Moon at The Appleton Retreat is quite private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt features a private therapeutic hot tub on the wrap around deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. Silver Moon is located in a wooded area close to a bog that attracts a variety of wildlife. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

All on our sustainable ecological farm which has lakes, woodlands and animals to find and explore.
