BnB in Barn with 2 ensuite Bedrooms

The Barn has a "retro/rustic/bunk house character" with exposed beams some dating from the Napoleonic Wars. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other has two single beds of which one is on long legs!), both have en-suite wet rooms and lead off the large living/play area. Sheets and towels are included. The kitchen area in the main room comprises an electric cooker, butler's sink, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer section, kettle and toaster, utensils and crockery. Complimentary beverages, breakfast cereals, eggs mostly from our own hens, homemade bread, jam and cake, milk and bacon are provided to kick start your stay. There is a full size table tennis table and bar football for the young at heart! The sitting area is around a cast iron wood burning stove has a digital TV with SKY and an Ikea sofa which makes up into a full size single bed. Background heating is provided by a state of the art computer controlled electric panel system and there are panels in each bedroom. Off street parking is on the shared pebbled yard next to the Barn. The Barn is accessed via a shared drive with the main house in which the hosts live. The drive has large metal gates separating it from the public park (Redland Green) over which there is a tarmacked access road leading from Redland Green Road. There is a children's play area near the house. Redland Green Farm is in a sylvan setting but is only one mile from the city centre and has good bus and train links with the main line stations. There are numerous eating and drinking establishments, shops and amenities within walking distance either on the Gloucester Road, Whiteladies Road, Cabot Circus, Broadmead, and Clifton.

I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. Modern 3 storey home. Guests have sole use of the rooms on the top floor-comprising lounge with two two-seater reclining sofas, TV, Music/DVD players. Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track.

Stratford on Avon is the regions cultural centre with its theatre and Shakespearian heritage, and Cheltenham is approx. 11 miles away with excellent shopping, many wonderful restaurants and of course the famous race course

The Senator B&B is conveniently located in Mt Joy, PA. A very short drive to Lancaster, Hershey, York, and many wonderful attractions and restaurants. The home is 120 years old with tremendous charm and character. Over the warm months the grounds are teaming with flowers to enjoy. Feel free to enjoy the many common spaces to lounge and relax. Please note that this room is on the 3rd floor and does require steps. It is secludes and the only room and bathroom on the 3rd floor.

You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.) Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE.
