It is a refuge for fainting goats, ducks, chickens, baby piglets, an OUTDOOR hot/cold shower, and a COMPOST toilet. Adventures, fishing, while manatees, dolphins, and other wildlife can be spotted near year-round. Sit by a fire and relax in Adirondack chairs, hammock or at a picnic table. Bring water toys, kayaks, ATVs, RV/trailer, boats, and fur babies for the ultimate GLAMPING getaway!

Rainbow River getaway - kayaks, tubes & golf cart

Unplug and Relax here...Location Location!!! 2BR 1.5 B...you are 2 blocks from the river, included is a 2 acre park ON THE RIVER with place to cook out, volleyball, launch kayaks, paddle boards or tubes. You are close to KP Hole Park where you can rent paddle boards canoes or tubes. Take the golf cart and ride to our home from the river park! Two kayaks and paddle boards incl Super convenient, nice kitchen, new appliances, Washer and dryer on site. Perfect weekend getaway or stay longer!

The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Our one-bedroom cottage sits in the middle of over 25 acres of the beautiful Florida Nature Coast. Even though we are secluded, we have all the comforts of home, from indoor plumbing and hot water to AC and Wi-Fi. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your streaming accounts and relax night away after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

Welcome to our cozy trailer! The home is nestled on a bustling street just moments away from the captivating local springs and the vibrant city of Ocala. Our two bedroom, one bath trailer features a beautiful big deck perfect for morning coffee or evening dinner and drinks. Our place is centrally located to Rainbow Springs, Ocala, Crystal River and Dunnellon. ATV trails located a half mile away! Boat dock 3 miles away! Numerous walking and biking trails within 5 minutes.

Peaceful, pet-free 4/3 family getaway or work retreat on the a quiet part of the Rainbow River. Nestled in nature but minutes from restaurants, grocery and antique stores. Relax on the dock, expansive deck, screened porches or around a camp fire. Abundant outdoor activities including tubing, paddling, fishing, snorkeling, biking, etc. Pls note, 10 people max.
