Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. We recently updated this home in the last few years & constructed a new loft & bathrooms—we love sharing it with guests!

Lakeside Pine Haven

Six years ago Megan and I spent our anniversary in Carnelian Bay. We came for a long weekend, sat out under the pines, and decided before we left that we wanted a place here. Pine Haven is that place, and we share it hoping it becomes part of someone else's story too. The lake is a two minute walk. There's a private hot tub in the fenced backyard, surrounded by pines, and paddleboards you're welcome to take down to the water. Central air for August, a fireplace for February.

Truckee River Bike House

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.
