This modernized 1890s farmhouse has its authentic old California charm, with all of today's amenities. Its high ceilings, oak floors, large yard, and the surrounding vineyard make it a peaceful retreat from the hustle of modern life. PepperTree House is close to the Delta for boating, fishing, and walking/biking trails. Also nearby are the wineries and fruit stands of the Oakley/Brentwood area. The home is also located close to BART for easy access to San Franciso and the greater Bay Area.

The dock has a houseboat for your convenience to kick back and relax while enjoying nature and catching bluegill, large mouth bass, striper, catfish and sometimes....salmon and sturgeon.
