The city of Lecco is located 30km, 80km Milan, Como, 50km, 40km to the border with Switzerland, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna can be reached easily by ferry or hydrofoil. In winter, the ski resorts of the Valtellina (Madesimo, Bormio, Chiesa Valmalenco) are less than an hour's drive.

A terrace of 120square mt allows you to enjoy a landscape made up of only water, sky and mountains. So close to the water that you can even fish from it directly - and a few most courageous did even dive into the lake (circa 6 mt under your feet).
