With a peak of the ocean from the yard, don’t be surprised if you see deer meandering by. Relax and restore in our 2 person hot tub located in the backyard. It’s an easy ¼ mile walk into town if you like to dine out, or want to enjoy the beach. On chillier evenings, settle in by the woodstove ( first bundle of wood is provided) with a warm beverage.

Tucked into a private quiet neighborhood, the house is a 2 min. drive to the beach. Built in 2007, the house features all the modern comforts and amenities one expects and it doesn't smell moldy! We've made every effort to think of all the little things that will make your stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable.

Wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer and propane BBQ. Pets are welcome with a $50 fee and prior approval. We are a fully licensed rental and in compliance with local regulations. Nightly rate includes the 12% Lincoln County lodging tax. Airbnb collects the 2% state lodging tax
