Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

This small wooden house is located in a small village Poljanak only 8 km from the main entrance of the National Park Plitvice Lakes (Entrance 1). The apartment is suited in quite and peacefully area and pure nature. You can spend time resting in the large garden where you can enjoy in nice view of river Korana canyon, mountains and hills. Od mora smo udaljeni 45 min vožnje automobilom. Preko dana se kupate u moru, a noću spavate u gorju na svježem zraku. Iza kuće nalazi se vrtna sjenica sa kaminom i priborom za roštilj +drva.
