Appartamento in villa. Villa situata nel centro di Decimomannu (Città metropolitana di Cagliari). Facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto con treno e bus urbano. L'appartamento al piano terra di una villa di due piani (al piano superiore abito io), ha accesso indipendente, è dotato di ampio cortile riservato, con tavolo, sedie, ombrellone, BBQ e lettini prendisole.
