It's located in the grounds of our main house but with private access and lots of parking for cars/scooters. Newly built to high modern standards, the house is comfortable, stylish and well equipped.

Our unit is named after our Shih Tzu dog, Milo. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We offer free pick up from the airport/pier for 2 people so you can relax the moment you arrive Dumaguete and head straight to your unit. There is a restaurant, laundry shop (same day service) and nail salon onsite. We have a security guard on patrol at night and a standby generator set. We are also BIR Registered.
