We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. You can relax in peace on the private terrace or jump to the beach, which is a two-minute walk away. Near the apartment there are beaches, the central street which offers a lot of fun, in restaurants, bars and street entertainers.

Our private villa is situated on the waterfront with direct access to the sea where you can snorkel, dive and enjoy the coral reef in front of the house. It is surrounded by 10.000 m2 private land filled with botanical plants and trees, with beautiful view, if you're lucky you can see dolphins from the porch! The villa features a large seaside terrace with lounge beds and hammocks were you can relax overlooking the sea enjoying completely in the private atmosphere with you family or friends.

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Udaljen je otprilike 50 metara od mora, a do najbliže plaže ima samo 5 minuta pješice. U neposrednoj blizini (u radijusu od 50m) i ispod apartmana nalaze se pekara, kafici, restorani i trgovine zbog čega zna biti glasnije tijekom ljetne sezone.

It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.
