300 feet from Atlantic Ocean: Cozy Guest Suite

Guest will have private access on the first floor of this three story ocean view beach home in Virginia Beach, VA. The guest suite is separate from the main house. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and one bathroom. In the entrance hallway there is a stacker washer dryer, refrigerator, microwave, sink next to refrigerator along with a gas grill outside. NOTE: There is no living room; however, there are chairs in the bedrooms. The true living room is the beach on the Atlantic Ocean :)

Quiet Neighborhood 7 Miles From the Beaches

Be sure to read about the pricing using both bedrooms below in 2nd paragraph. My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Cozy authentic beach cottage with many original features centrally located on 19th street, the heart of the VIBE district; boardwalk, beach, convention and sports center within 3 blocks. Walk or bike to local coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants. Take in the live music from various venues along the boardwalk. Shop at the Old Beach Farmer's Market on Saturdays. Our newly renovated 2 bedroom condo ONE block from the boardwalk accommodates 6 people and is also perfect for families. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV; one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room along with a large TV. This is a 2nd floor unit with one designated parking spot. Plenty to do for the whole family with the beach, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, amusement parks, and many more activities all within walking distance.

2 bedroom condo with oceanfront one block away!

Come enjoy everything Virginia Beach has to offer. Our cozy condo has all of the comforts of home and is perfect for families and accommodates 6 adults. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed w/TV, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed w/TV and the living room has a sofa that pulls out into a full size sofa bed w/TV. The Boardwalk, Shopping, Restaurants, and many more activities are all within walking distance. There is plenty to do for the whole family. Come have a relaxing and fun vacation at the beach!
