Beautiful duplex penthouse air-conditioned with three terraces renovated in 2013. The kitchen has all the equipment. Two rooms with shower and terrace with electric blind and deckchairs. Independent toilets. Terraces on the road side with side sea view. We acquired this apartment in 2016 after several years of vacation rental. The apartment is really as a house in 50m from the beach and 200m of the church and 350m of the station. Refurbishment planned for the end of 2025.

Our little house is cozy and ideal to enjoy life in a small beach town. It is located in the center of Vilanova a few minutes from the promenade, the train station. Supermarkets, stores and restaurants nearby and 15 minutes walk from the beach. It has a living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two overlooking the garden and another is inside but all are well ventilated and rests very well in them), bathroom, laundry room, toilet, terrace, parking and private garden.
