La casa, circondata da un giardino su tre lati (dotato di doccia esterna), è composta da un living con angolo cottura, dal quale si accede al soppalco che ospita una camera con letto francese da 140cm. Al piano terra si trovano una camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia ed una cameretta con letto a castello. Completa il tutto un delizoso patio.
