The villa is located 1000 m (less than 10 min walking distance) from the beginning of the promenade and the Atlántico shopping center which has a big supermarket, clothing stores, restaurants, a movie theatre, a bowling alley, and other play areas for kids. The nearest sand beach is located in that same area. The villa is south-facing and well protected from wind.

The accommodation is fully equipped: free Wi-Fi, foreign channel TV, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster... Bed linen, towels and household linen are provided. A parking space is very close to the front door.
