We have a large, lower unit, private studio with a separate entrance, washer/dryer, and private outdoor space. It is quiet amongst the Redwoods, with ample on street parking and is very close to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, downtown Mill Valley, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Sausalito, Tiburon, bike paths and mountain bike trails.

Two sets of French doors lead to the 4 person hot tub in the back yard completing the ultimate Mill Valley laid back experience. The open kitchen/dining space is perfect for families as are the fenced in front & back yards. Easy proximity to freeway and walking distance to Whole Foods, restaurants, gyms, parks, and downtown. A quick 10 miles to SF & 42 miles to Napa.

Downtown Mill Valley just steps from restaurants, bus routes to the city, road and mountain biking, incredible hiking and a short drive to San Francisco. Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge.
