We offer 2 good-sized bedrooms, a main bathroom and open plan kitchen & living/dining area which steps out into a spacious garden with seating area & hot tub. Newquay is 8 miles south and Newquay Airport only about 6 miles. The coastal path links all the way from Padstow to Newquay past our 7 local beaches. All the beaches offer great surf potential in particular conditions and there is great fishing from the rocks or beaches

Set in 3.5 acres of paradise on the edge of Bodmin moor. A crystal clear stream meanders through woods with two waterfalls, a beautiful lake and bridges. Our own pine forest and Decked bbq and hot tub area. Millpool Lodge has entrance lobby, a lounge, two bedrooms, kitchen, two toilets, shower and outside seating. It has its own front and back entrance and is semi-attached to The Grange where we live. Close to Eden project, Polzeath, Rock, Fowey, Cardinham Woods, Camel Bike Trail, Lanhydrock.

The amazing garden even has its own wooded valley descending to the sea and direct access to the coastal path.

You can easily walk on the level to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and harbour without having to struggle up steep inclines. It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. An additional benefit is the parking spot directly outside the bungalow.
