Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Easy walk to Maenporth beach, & the Helford River, and also Bream Cove, a fabulous place to swim. 10 mins drive into Falmouth. Little Bream has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable superking size bed, amazing shower. Distant sea view from the bedroom, a garden/BBQ area and is set in 2 acres of garden. The Cart Lodge at Porthcurno Barns Family run, eco-friendly, cosy and spacious barn conversion nestled in a peaceful seaside hamlet walking distance to the stunning Porthcurno, Pedn Vounder beaches and the Minack Theatre. Plenty of walks on the doorstep across the SW Coastal Path. The Logan Rock Inn pub is 5 mins walk across the fields and Sennen Cove surf beach is less than 10 mins drive. Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 min drive for activities and restaurants.

Little Barn is a beautiful 1 x Bedroom Barn, down a leafy in an enclosed garden with 2 x other barns. We are a short stroll to Porth Beach and within walking distance of several other beaches. A wonderful warm, cosy & comfortable space. The ideal place for a break at any time of the year. Wake up to bird song, take an early morning stroll down the beach, a leisurely walk along the coastal path or simply unwind with a cup of coffee in our beautiful garden or at one of the local cafes.

Lower Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables boast a wood fired hot tub, beams, wood burner, luxurious bathroom with roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy the rural idyll; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced gardens with barbecue and fire pit for stargazing.

Micro Barn Conversion - Hot Tub - Dog Friendly

This adorable barn was converted by my dad and I, using as many upcycled materials as possible. Where we couldn't use recycled materials we sourced locally ( All the timber was processed 5 minutes away!) The Barn comes with its own enclosed south facing garden and personal vegetable patch you can harvest from! We are located 334m above sea level in the Tamar Valley and within walking distance to Kit Hill Country Park. The views from the barn are incredible especially at sun rise!
