Plenty of natural daylight (6 large windows + private yard. There are NO kids or pets above the suite. So you have a quiet vacation. Enjoy a cozy bedroom, workstation, fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and free NHL Centre Ice & Golf Channel. Grocery store, coffee shops and fast food is a 10 min walk away.

Welcome to your Victoria getaway! Our cozy 2-bedroom, 3-bed suite is perfect for families, friends, or visiting students. It’s steps from Royal Roads University and close to beaches, parks, shops, and restaurants. Downtown Victoria is just 20 minutes away. Please note: We live upstairs with our three boys (ages 8, 10, and 12). While the suite is soundproofed, you may occasionally hear muffled footsteps, voices, piano, or kids playing. If you need complete silence, this may not be the best fit.
