Its remote location, 6 minutes drive above the town of Oregon House, is an ideal spot for a getaway. With the entire apartment to yourself it can be a perfect retreat, a romantic weekend, or a quiet work/study space. A place to relax, meditate, read and feel a world away from everyday concerns. Come to enjoy the calm tranquility of the countryside and listen to the waterfall and palm trees rustling. You are sure to have a restful night after a day of adventures! Near to Grass Valley, Nevada City, Yuba River one mile away. 3 lakes are within 20 minutes for fishing and swimming as well as hiking trails and beaches on the South Yuba River. The home has comfortable furniture, super soft beds in 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. The 4th bedroom suite extra fee or added with 9, 10 guest.
