Welcome to our four season bunkie retreat on the river. Leave the world behind and seek comfort and peace at Riverside Ranch. Imagine starting your day reconnecting with nature amidst wooded walking trails. Along your walk you see geese swimming in the river, goats exploring the woods, and Highland cattle grazing in the pasture. Upon return, you open the door to the crackle & pop of a toasty wood burning sauna, followed by an icy cold plunge in the river. *No air-conditioning*

Modern cottage with sunset views of Georgian Bay right on the paved Tay Shore Trail for running/biking/snowshoeing. Newly renovated from top to bottom! Enjoy the 500 sqft deck with year round Hot Tub, BBQ and patio table. Fire pit in the backyard. The house is on a large lot surrounded by evergreens for privacy. Across the trail you can access the water, 5 min walk to a sandy beach. 1.5hrs from Toronto, 30mins north of Barrie, 12mins to Mt St Louis Moonstone for skiing.

The cottage provides a serene space to share with fiends and family surrounded by nature. Enjoy beaver ponds along the trails, indoor/outdoor games, wood burning stove, sauna, hot tub, firepit, wifi, jetted tub 75" & 55" smart tv's and streaming services.
