There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Less than a mile to campus. I worked for the athletic department for 26 years. I can answer many of your questions. I am the author of "Clemson Through The Eyes of The Tiger." A book about all the former mascots. Located at the end of Perimeter Road, you will have easy access to Death Valley, all the athletic facilities, campus, and downtown Clemson. The dining room table was made from the Littlejohn Coliseum floor the year after the Tigers won the ACC Regular Season in 1990.

Enjoy beautiful lake views on the covered porch or from our dock. A Private Neighborhood Boat ramp is 25 feet from our home. Bring your boat, use our dock, space for multiple trailers. As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.
