The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Pippi Beach Shack in Yamba

Kick back and relax at one of Yamba’s original beach shacks right on the doorstep of Pippi Beach. Recently updated, the 1960s shack has been restored to add a fresh and homely feel, whilst keeping the old school charm. Perfectly located the shack enjoys the sound of the ocean and an easy walk into town. The living area opens onto the deck and covered patio area. The perfect spot to enjoy a meal or a snooze. Blue Back

Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.
