Double room above the market town of Penrith.

We have one private room which can sleep up to 2 people. This can be set up as either double or twin room, please request your preference on booking. There is WiFi in the room The kitchen and bathroom are shared. We also have laundry facilities. Pets welcome. Parking is available. Penrith is the ‘heart of the Lake District’ and a good place to start discovering this wonderful area. We are only minutes from M6 junction 40. We welcome cyclists and walkers. There is a secure hallway for cycles.

Garden is a very modern, self-contained, easily accessible ground floor suite at one side of the main house. It enjoys its own front door, parking space and wooden picnic table for outdoor dining. Whether you are a couple, a family or a group of up to five friends, Garden offers very contemporary accommodation. With modern furnishings throughout, Garden has one king sized bedroom together with a living room providing a double sized, solid birch sofa bed and a single sized, solid oak sofa bed.

The spacious loft is the perfect place to relax after a day's sightseeing or travelling. The private entrance means the space is completely your own so kick back and enjoy a bit of TV or film, or find out more about the area and it's history The main room has a comfortable king size bed, TV and seating area. The second bedroom has a microwave and fridge with fresh milk a plentiful supply of breakfast cereals , teas & coffee and a single chair bed.Fresh coffee and toast served in the morning
