The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

We are on a working arable farm, with plenty of open space, beautiful views over the fields with an abundance of wildlife, this is an area popular with bird watching and nature lovers. Our one hundred year old bungalow has been newly refurbished. There are shops, takeaways and pubs within 5 minutes.
