Sweet Deluxe Studio

My place is about a mile and a half away from the University and Hospital. Downtown is about a 10 minute drive. Lower Bidwell Park is near downtown. Cable TV with HBO and TCM movie channels plus some sports channels. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio only. I like to rent to long term guests, which is why I give a discount for a month, and prefer to rent for 3 months. Many traveling nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist have stayed for their typical 13 week assignment.

Welcome to the Town of Pulga, our quaint little unincorporated town on the feather river along side flea creek. Most of our cabins all rest along the creek so you'll hear that all throughout your stay. The occasional train rolls through at the end of our road on your way down to our private beach on the feather river. Pulga is rustic but has all the amenities, best water source, power and Starlink! Our home is 3,400 sq. feet and sits on over an acre, with idyllic views of mature trees, horse pastures and Bidwell Park. We have two small children, so the place is setup for mellow family groups to relax and enjoy family time. We do not accept bookings of large youthful groups. No extra people on the property.
