We built The Nook just for AirBnB. It’s peaceful, clean and spacious here. You’ll love the central location, enjoy a 15 minute walk to downtown, Sierra Nevada or Bidwell park. As fellow travelers, we focused on the amenities that we can’t do without like a full kitchen and bath🛁. Cozy bedroom with powerful heat and A/C too! You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

The Fox Manor is located along the beautiful Chico Esplanade. Walking distance to Enloe Hospital, Chico State, Downtown and many of Chicos best attractions. The home has 5 bedrooms all located upstairs, a large living room and dining area and a kitchen featuring a butlers pantry. Located behind the main residence is a guest home also available on Airbnb. The back yard will be shared with the guest house airbnb tenants.

House has plenty of parking, with a large driveway and plenty of street parking.
