Oltre alla splendida vista sul paesaggio, una piscina condivisa ed un giardino con barbecue ad uso esclusivo garantiscono piacevoli momenti di relax. Tutti i locali sono dotati di aria condizionata. Al piano terra si trova il salone con cucina e bagno. Al primo piano ci sono due camere da letto matrimoniali con due bagni. Ristoranti, bar e market sono raggiungibili anche a piedi. (IUN R2745)

It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.

It consists of an open-plan living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms (one of them with a luxurious rain shower).
