For fishermen, opportunities include world class creeks for fly fishing and many charter boats for walleye excursions. Bring your bass boat, as we have plenty of parking. Two miles to Bemus point where there are several restaurants and a grocery store. Chautauqua county voted best small golf town by golf digest. National comedy center in Jamestown. Boat rentals near by. Guests have outdoor dining area and a fire pit. There is a large supply of fire wood also. Chautauqua institution 7 minutes.

The kitchen is fully stocked. Just a few miles from Peak n' Peek resort where you can enjoy skiing, cycling, ziplining, segway tours, and restaurants.

It offers two bedrooms, one pull-out couch with a queen mattress, two full baths and two large decks overlooking Lake Erie. The kitchen is fully stocked and newly remodeled! The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace for cool evenings on the lake. A short walk down the road is a private beach for relaxing and spending the day on Lake Erie.

Getaway from the busy world and enjoy the captivating shores of Lake Erie. With a few steps out the door, your toes will be on the sand. Our charming cottage will give you a revitalizing taste of lakeside living. (Just know lately the water levels have been very high so the beach area varies by day) Feel comfortable and relax knowing everything in the private cottage has been recently updated, new furniture, linens & carpet.

This conversion has resulted in the perfect little studio that is modern and comfortable.
