We continue to clean fastidiously, and provide excellent ventilation. Spacious 2nd floor flat with skylights, full kitchen and bath, living room, dining room and bedroom. There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

This colorful apartment was our daughter's before she joined the circus. It is centrally located in historic Cornhill. A short walk to the footbridge brings you to downtown, Rochester Art Supply, Dinasour Barbeque, and Rochester's historic Library. In the other walkable direction is a local cafe, the Genesee, Sushi and restaurants. This apartment has plenty of space and color. It has musical instruments, games, and a desk full of art supplies. Beware the sometimes inappropriate wall art.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Steps from Lake Ontario beach with a fully fenced yard for your favorite furry friend! A 5 minute walk to beach, bars, harbor and restaurants. Yet amazingly quiet and secluded. Everything on site for a day on the beach! Backyard has a barbecue and fire pit for cozy nights outside. House is perfect for a couples getaway but please note!!! The upstairs bedroom loft is very open and not conducive to late morning sleep ins!

Located across from a sports field, children will find plenty to do! Note: the back yard isn't fully fenced in. In-law apartment with private entrance and completely furnished separated from main house by a hallway and 2 doors. Quiet suburban neighborhood yet not far from expressways, airport, shopping centers, colleges, and restaurants. Greater Rochester Airport is only 15 minutes away and Roberts Wesleyan College is 2 minutes! Driveway is shared with owner but has plenty of parking space.
