Recently renovated to a high standard, this apartment offers a fantastic view of Champex-Lac from the living space and also both bedrooms which are also south facing. There is also a large 16m2 balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the stunning views from outside. L'appartement de 28 m2 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre chalet dans un endroit calme et préservé. Il se situe à 3 km du centre de Morzine et à proximité de l'express des Prodains. L'hiver, il est possible de partir du chalet skis aux pieds pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus direction Morzine ou Avoriaz via des navettes gratuites (arrêt proche du chalet). Le retour d'Avoriaz peut se faire à skis. Des sentiers pédestres au départ du chalet sont accessibles. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes.

Nous louons notre chalet avec tous les équipements et jeux pour les enfants dvd, jeux divers (légo playmobil barbies sylvania livres monopoly trivial poursuite...) Il y a une terrasse sur laquelle vous pouvez manger, un BBQ, une table de ping-pong Nous proposons le tri des déchets avec 1 bac pour les plastiques, 1 bac pour le verre, 1 compost. Nous n'acceptons pas les animaux l'hiver car trop d'entretien ( salissures dues à la neige) Nous prêtons les luges et raquettes à neige.⛄️

Beautiful Traditional Alpine Chalet

Our lovely chalet stands in its own grounds and overlooks the Lac de Vonnes, just 10 minute walk from village centre and 100 metres from the ski lifts linking the Super Chatel and Linga ski area. It is possible to ski back to the chalet door. We have 5 ensuite family bedrooms, a children's playroom, lounge with open fireplace, and lovely panelled dining room plus a lovely decked terrace with sunken jacuzzi. All in all a fabulous space to enjoy.

Hello :) My apartment has a super charm, in addition it is very local. Only one minute away from the supermarket and the cable car gondola. My apartment is very nicely furnished and also very bright. The bedrooms are big enough and you have a lot of space to store your clothes. The apartment has 3 balconies with beautiful views into the mountains. An outside parking space is also available. The tourist taxes are included in the price.
