Our cute 2 bedroom cottage, a part of Mihaila Seaside Village, locates just 50 m from picturesque Spartia beach offering 2 bedrooms, living room with an open-plan kitchen, glassed-in veranda, bathroom with WC/shower and lovely green yard around. It is designed for 4-6 people. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other - 2 single beds. On the veranda, there is 1 more single bed, where the 5th guest can quite comfortably settle down. The house is made of stone and was built in 2020 having the traditional style of the old village as a standard. It is located in the upper neighborhood of Makryotika, a sunny semi-mountainous village with an excellent microclimate. It is built aphitheatrically with view to Agia Efimia's bay, where the most services are located. Additionally, the famous Myrtos beach is only 10 minutes away by car. In the picturesque square you will find a Mini Market and two taverns with great local cuisine.
