PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: This is a private, open-concept STUDIO APARTMENT—not an entire house. Maximum occupancy is 5 people, including children and infants. One queen bed and up to three rollaway cots are available. We cannot accommodate more than 5 guests. If 2 persons need separate beds, an extra fee of $50 will be added for the use of a rollaway cot. The area offers many activities for all 4 seasons and The Cottage is the perfect home base to explore Central NY.
