The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. Its handy for trips to historic York (9 miles) Selby (4 miles) Leeds (23miles.) The Yorkshire Dales and East Coast a bit further away but are easy to access by car. There is a bus from the village to York every two hours with the last bus departing York at 11pm. There are excellent rail services from Selby and York.
