Welcome to the “Little Red Cottage” in Cave Springs. This Historic Farmhouse was completely renovated with the exception of the original wood floors. The decorating is full of color, detail and elegance, and yet the floor-plan is very functional and comfortable. This 1200 square foot cottage sits on 20 acres in the middle of Northwest Arkansas, close to everything. Just 6 miles to XNA, 8 miles to the Walmart Home office, miles to Crystal Bridges , and 17 miles to the University of Arkansas. This cottage is immaculately clean for the most particular travelers. The house is limited to 4 people and has a no pet policy and is a no smoking home. However, smoking is permitted outside on the patios. There are three patio/porch areas to enjoy the great outdoors and don’t be surprised by the resident deer in the yard. The is plenty of room to park horse trailers, bike trailers, and RV’S. Just let us know what your needs are and hopefully we can accommodate them.

Close by to many museums, great restaurants, walking and mountain bike trails, and lots of entertainment.

The Shack

The house is a quick drive away from the lake, 10 minutes from downtown Rogers, 20 minutes to the Walmart Amp, and is the perfect getaway for those looking to decompress. We back up to Tanyard Creek Trail and waterfall which is a popular destination in Bella Vista. You will enjoy custom decor and tons of nature.

Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.
