The old building is reached by walking along a path, shaded by olive, almond and oak trees. Three spectacular terraces offer you a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Eolian islands and allow you to sunbathe during the day and watch the stars at night. The house has a very scenic swimming pool. On the ground floor of the house there is: - a spacious entrance hall - a luminous living room - an ample dining room - the kitchen, equipped all that is necessary - a double bedroom with bathroom in suite On the first floor the house offers various accommodations: - a room with a double bed, convertible in thre single beds on request - 2 double bedrooms with bathroom in suite - 2 single rooms with shared bathroom - a studio equipped with a sofa beds for two seats if needed Our guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house, terraces, garden, swimming pool and all over 50 hectars of country. The owners will be present for check-in and check-out. A welcome kit with typical products will be ready for the guests. Si trova al piano terra della struttura "Finestra sul mare", dispone di un angolo cottura, aria condizionata, bagno con doccia walk - in , wi fi, televisore con ricevitore, cassaforte e un meraviglioso terrazzino dove la mattina viene servita la colazione ammirando il mare o la sera la cena. Il gazebo, totalmente chiudibile, permette di godere il panorama anche nelle giornate meno calde. Il parcheggio all'interno del b&b è gratuito.

The trullo has been recently renovated respecting all the historical and architectural features of the structure without renouncing modern comforts.
