It’s only half a mile from the closest beach access as well as grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, bars & parks. After a day relaxing at the beach or visiting local sites, you’ll love using our outdoor shower(w/ hot & cold water) & sitting outside in our private guest sitting area with your fav evening beverage. Our island cottage is perfectly placed under a canopy of magnificent live oaks, about 300 steps away from the ocean. Nestled on a quiet beach access street, central to all the best attractions, shopping and eateries on Oak Island; close to attractions in Southport. It is one of our favorite places to spend time together and we look forward to sharing it with you, your loved ones and friends.

Our namesake Live Oak trees, porches, and sun room make The Grove a relaxing sanctuary after a day exploring the island. Wash the salt and sand away in one of two outdoor showers. Book now for spring and summer! Easy beach access with no parking worries! Amazing location (literally 300 steps to the beach). Stone’s Throw Bungalow has been newly renovated. Pristine home is perfect for your family! One level living. Situated in the Yaupon area, it’s on the water side of the island with direct beach access. Beautiful oaks canopy the porch. Seasonal requirement 6/7-8/23 Sat to Sat only.

This wheelchair friendly spacious studio apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, queen size Murphy bed, bathroom with a walk-in, wheelchair friendly shower, front loading washer/dryer and private screened in porch; beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and an umbrella are all included with rental. About a 10 minute walk to the ocean and 3 minute walk to the ICW. Our community is very peaceful, quiet.
