Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. Two walking blocks away is the Botanical Gardens where you will experience vast gardens and spectacular views, and maybe see a pod of whales. The house has a private driveway and a code to get in.
