Enjoy this cosy, newly refurbished apartment with natural wood decor and mountain views. Just 100m from the Nyon Télécabine, it offers easy ski-in/ski-out access and a free shuttle bus to Morzine town center (5 min). The apartment sleeps 4 with a double bed in the bedroom and bunk beds in a "coin de Montagne." Amenities include separate ski/boot storage and a free parking space. Relax on the balcony with stunning views! We have recently got a brand new mattress for the main double bed.

La Noix is recently build modern 58m2 apartment. On a 2nd floor in a building, sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms with ensuite showers plus 1 wc room. Living space with Smart TV is integrated together with fully equipped kitchen and balcony. There is private cave for skis and boots (dryer too). Free parking just outside the building for 1 car. 10mins walk to town, bus station is 250 meters away. Pleney lift 900 meters ( 2 bus stops), Nyon lift 900 meters ( 2 bus stops), Avoriaz ski area 5km.

Welcome to our cosy and stylish apartment with gorgeous views! You're in a lovely quiet area just 100m from the piste and a drag lift. It's just a 5-10 min walk to the main télécabine at Pléney and the centre of town, bars & restaurants. The lounge is cosy with a modern kitchen-diner. Bedroom 1 has a super-king and bedroom 2 has 2 double-bunk beds: luxury as singles or great for up to 4 kids. You have your own private locked cellar for skis and snowboards and a private parking space.

Modern, calm and cosy apartment at the foot of the Nyon home fun. A stones throw from the Nyon gondola and literally at the end of the home run, the apartment couldn't be more convenient for skiiers. Yet the location is very relaxing with views of the trees and slopes and away from the noise of busy streets. Close to the Cascade de Nyon and Chemin du renard walk in to Morzine, perfect for nature lovers.

Our chalet is situated in a quiet area (private way) with a panoramic view on the mountains.We are 2km from the center and the lifts but 2 free buses are 3 minutes walk from home.
