The house has two floors and a double panoramic rooftop terrace, overlooking the sea and the historic center. It has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wide kitchen with island, a dining room, and a lounge area with comfortable built-in sofas. A staircase leads to the two-level terrace, featuring an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower and a dining area.

Si entra attraverso una antica pergola di uva fragola, la cucina ed il bagno sono stati ricavati nelle "alcove", mentre la zona pranzo e la zona notte sono ubicate in un trullo saraceno e in uno a cono molto alto. Il patio esterno e la vicina piscina con due bordi a sfioro consentono di ammirare il panorama della valle e lo skyline di Ceglie Messapica.

The outside kitchen is impressively equipped with wood fired oven and charcoal grill.
