Our 2 bedroom guest house in beautiful Carmel Valley is close to Monterey, Big Sur, Pebble Beach and Carmel by the Sea. Visit with our alpacas, horses, giant tortoises, goats, sheep, donkey and more! Wake up to sunshine, fresh air and the donkey braying for breakfast! The property is next door to Carmel Valley Ranch and close to local wedding venues, Bernardus, Holley Farm, Holman Ranch, and Quail Lodge. It’s an easy walk to the Mid Valley shopping center and 6 miles from Carmel Valley Village with 30+ tasting rooms and restaurants, and 6 miles from downtown Carmel. The large outdoor patio with fireplace and barbecue is perfect for outdoor dining.

Life is Good

Zen feeling at ‘Life is Good’, a treehouse overlooking Hitchcock Canyon:) Our driveway is long and steep! Parties, loud gatherings are not allowed. 9:00 pm quiet time outside! Extra guest fee $100.00 per person. Pets are welcome; we do have a $50.00 pet fee. Yard is Not fully fenced! No smoking allowed on property. No candles, fires or flames at all. Three car maximum: parking is very limited. Park cars parallel to each other.

Mid Century Bungalow

This amazing mid century guesthouse is set 12 mi. East of Carmel and 2 mi. West of Carmel Valley Village. Very spacious and cozy with mountain, valley views and sunshine everywhere! Water, snacks, local coffee, shampoo/conditioner are all provided! The kitchenette does not have a stove/oven. The bungalow is a studio with a queen bed and I'm happy to set up an additional twin bed for an extra guest. The pool is open for our guests.
