Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.We are roughly 50 yards from the sand/ beach crossover! Walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier! 2 miles from Port Canaveral with all the best restuarants and bars, as well as the Cruislines! We also have a Fantastic view off our beach of all the rocket launches! The house fully stocked. Equiped with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, sunscreen and coffee.The house is one bedroom, however there is a queen air mattress for 1 or 2 extra guests.

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over
