Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

L'appartamento "Attico sul mare" si trova di fronte la baia di Canneto dista 50 mt dal mare e circa 100 mt dal molo da dove partono le imbarcazioni per le escursione nelle altre isole, fermata del bus a 20 mt. La casa gode di un terrazzo veranda con una vista mare mozzafiato. Dispone di 1 camera matrimoniale,1 bagno, cucina dotata di tutti i comfort (TV satellitare W-FI lavastoviglie macchina caffè divano letto matrimoniale)attigua alla terrazza attrezzata con tavolo sedie divanetto e sdraio.

Piccolo Attico climatizzato a mt. 50 dal Mare

Nella bella baia di Canneto, a 4 km dal centro di Lipari, orientata verso est , dove il sole sorge dietro le isole di Panarea e Stromboli ,a 100 passi dal mare troverete il piccolo Attico . La zona è ben servita da ristoranti ,bar , pizzerie e supermercati ,noleggio scooter noleggio imbarcazioni e per finire ma non meno importante il piccolo molo dove sia nelle ore diurne che notturne partono piccole/medie imbarcazioni alla scoperta delle altre spiagge della stessa Lipari e delle altre isole

Furthermore, the accommodation has a beautiful private terrace close to the beach which, according to our customers, is the most requested and most appreciated attraction in our reviews. On the ground floor of the same building, the convenience of a supermarket with fresh fruit and a butcher's shop. At 15 meters the bus stop for the center.

La Residenza, affacciata sulla splendida Baia di Canneto, nell'Isola di Lipari, è una antica dimora signorile recentemente ristrutturata, che gode di una delle più belle viste delle isole Eolie. Aria condizionata in tutte le camere, sala e cucina. La posizione privilegiata permette di raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia sottostante, attraverso una scalinata interna (circa 60 scalini). Il fiore all'occhiello è rappresentato dalla terrazza privata, che si affacciano sulla baia di Canneto.

Casa Chiocciola è un delizioso appartamento a - letteralmente - due passi dal mare. La casa è a cinque minuti a piedi dalla piazza, con servizi - bar, edicola/tabacchino - e diverse proposte di gite in barca. Nelle vicinanze si trovano supermercato, farmacia, bancomat, forni, ristoranti e pizzerie. Sotto casa c'è un noleggio di macchine e motorini e la fermata dell'autobus che passa ogni 15 minuti. Le spiaggia sotto casa è libera, ma si possono trovare anche lidi attrezzati.

Casa Maddalena, la terrazza eoliana sul mare

Casa maddalena è una tipica casa eoliana affacciata sul mare ristrutturata da pochi anni con ampie stanze, arredate semplicemente, per essere più funzionali possibile. Il quartiere è tranquillo e pacifico, composto da case arroccate sul versante est dell'isola di Lipari, a metà strada tra la strada provinciale sovrastante e la spiaggia denominata "ex spiagge bianche". La grande terrazza ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti offre una vista spettacolare sul vicinissimo mare.

Casa Blu si trova sulla parallela del lungomare, a due passi dalla spiaggia, nella frazione balneare di Canneto. Nelle vicinanze troverete supermercato, panificio, bar e proseguendo sul lungomare piccoli negozi e posticini dove mangiare. A due minuti si trova il capolinea del bus che collega Canneto al porto e al centro di Lipari (3 km). I collegamenti sono disponibili fino a tarda sera in estate, negli altri periodi solo di giorno.
