This is a 1 bedroom unit (luxury airbed available). Linens, towels, well equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV, Roku, A/C, small heater, & fan. Just a short walk to city park or to Oneida Rail Trial for running, biking, or walking! All the comfort of home while you are away!

This is all one area with a private bathroom. Bathroom has full size shower, kitchen area a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and inside grill. Tea, coffee, water provided. BBQ on the front porch. Woodland trails, wildlife and privacy. No smoking or vaping in the cabin. Perfect for retreats or just being able to relax and breathe

The kitchen has well stocked coffee and snack bars and there are tons of amenities available to you! Located directly across from the snowmobile trails!! Nearby there are tons of things to do, close to the Salmon River, Oneida Lake, Turning Stone Casino, playgrounds, and forest park! Any more than 6 guests, is $50 per additional person.

Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

Deer , fox, even little mice and bunnies scurry about. We want our guests to understand this is a rustic listing with an off grid menu.
