Welcome! We are excited to offer our lovely space here in Caldwell close to the popular Indian Creek downtown! We offer a beautifully remodeled basement space, with a private entrance and everything you need for a quiet, peaceful stay. Our home sits in a quiet neighborhood next to Wilson elementary school. In addition to the downtown, we are a short distance from Fairview golf course, College of Idaho, West Valley Medical Center, and several exciting wineries in our beautiful Idaho wine region!

Convenient location to Lake Lowell, Best of Idaho wineries, Jump Creek, Snake River, Nampa, Marsing and Caldwell. EV Charger onsite. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Plenty of area to spread out with many different entertainment options. Close to shopping and parks. Only 15 minutes from Highway 84. Plus a dedicated work area for when you need to finish some last minute things. With 5 bedrooms, an open floor plan and a large backyard there's plenty of area to stretch out and relax. Pets are welcome but please keep them off the furniture and beds.

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.
