One of a kind earth home built in 1983 nestled in the foothills just 2.6 miles above downtown Boise. The structure of this unique home is made of varying thicknesses of concrete. Owners purchased the home in 2008, residing until 2017. Since then, majority of their free time was spent working on thorough renovation which included new plumbing, electrical and HVAC system. Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.
